Role Overview

The Communications Manager for Jumpstart Refugee Talent plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's public image, spreading its message, and engaging with stakeholders. The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to promote the mission, activities, and impact of the organization. This role involves creating and managing communication strategies, overseeing media relations, producing content, and maintaining the organization's online and offline presence. The Communications Manager will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the organization's message is consistent, impactful, and reaches our target audience. The role reports into the Director, Operations.
