You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Jumpstart’s fundraising and partnership strategies as we scale our groundbreaking initiatives. As part of our leadership team, you will not only mobilize resources and expand our international reach but also champion the inclusion of refugee talent in diverse economies worldwide.
At Jumpstart, we’ve traveled an extraordinary path—from humble beginnings as a volunteer-led organization to becoming a national leader with operations now extending to Lebanon and Bogotá. Our ambitions are even bigger now. We are on the cusp of something transformative: growing from a local initiative to becoming one of the few refugee-led organizations with a truly global impact.
