Direct Support Professional (Casual)
This position is exclusively for the 2025 Regina Refugee Hiring Event. To be eligible to apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Arrived in Canada as a refugee (government or private sponsorship), applied for asylum after arriving in Canada (refugee claimant/asylum seeker), or were forcibly displaced. This includes individuals from countries such as Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iran, and others.
- Currently reside in Saskatchewan.
- Should be able to attend the event in-person in Regina on September 24.
- Eligible to work in Canada (you must have a valid work permit, permanent residency, or citizenship).
- 18 years of age or older.

The successful candidates will be required to work a variety of shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends. Hours are dependent on the need to fill in on personal holidays, stat holidays, sick days, and any other vacancy, not to fill a permanent rotation in the schedule.
A valid Sask. Full Class 5 or Sask. Novice 2 driver's license is required.

This position is Casual/On-call. There are no guaranteed weekly hours; you will be asked to cover shifts occasionally when needed.
