Refugee or Forcibly Displaced Status:

Arrived in Canada as a refugee (government or private sponsorship).Applied for asylum after arriving in Canada (refugee claimant/asylum seeker).Were forcibly displaced from your country of origin (e.g., individuals from Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iran, and other affected regions).

Residency:

You currently live in Ontario. (Candidates living outside of Ontario/Canada will not be considered)

Event Attendance:

Be available to attend the in-person event in Ajax on April 2, 2025.

Work Eligibility:

Legally authorized to work in Canada (must possess a valid work permit, permanent residency, or Canadian citizenship).

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Assistant/General Maintainer, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Maintenance Assistant position is between $47,000 annually and $51,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
